The Naked Song Festival 2011, Saturday 18 June at the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, is all about singer-songwriters.
They’ll sing their poetry and weave melody into tales. They’ll make us laugh, cry and think a bit more. Maybe they’ll make us dance. This festival is all about song, that rich and versatile medium that requires no more and no less than the people who wrote them to perform them and an audience to make the songs come to life.
That’s why The Dossier is thrilled to be able to give away 2 tickets to some lucky reader…
Simply write to and tell me the story of why you should win the tickets.
Shall I see you there?

Back on 8 April 2010 Philips, Ridley Scott and a range of cutting edge directors released 5 short films as part of the launch of the Philips Cinema 21:9: the first ever cinema sized home television by the electronics giant. It’s no secret that the teevee industry is in the doldrums, with ever sinking sales and the commoditisation of what was once razor-sharp top-notch technology. So these days, a model’s success all boils down to marketing and in this instance, Philips has done a very nice job of it indeed. Watch the Parallel Lines 5-film campaign and think about entering the competition as your response to an intriguing script. Just think – no guts, no glory!
